Easy Video Lovin’

by treysmith on September 8, 2010

FOR MAC USERS ONLY (I’m not hatin’, I like PC’s too… just happen to find out a little Mac tip that is awesome):

Did you guys know you can record a video of your screen in Screenflow, export it, then just simply rename the .MOV to .MP4 and use it in any video skinning software like EZS3?

I’ve been encoding these files manually into MP4’s via visual hub for nothin!

Also, and this is even cooler… you can create a new Screenflow file and THEN just drag a video straight from your iPhone into it.

Edit your iphone video in screenflizzy, then export it (again, you gotta rename to .mp4) and you’re golden.

Pretty damn spiffy.

My next video on here (about the add to cart button, coming at ya this week) was done in this manner.
